We act for individuals for The Mental Capacity Act which provides the statutory framework for appointing and governing the powers of a donee via a Lasting Power of Attorney, or a court-appointed deputy, to manage the personal welfare and financial affairs of individuals in Singapore who lack mental capacity.

Mr Mohamed Niroze Idroos, Director and Managing Partner – Leads the firm’s criminal and commercial litigation practice and is known for a strategic and client-centred approach. He also focuses on family and estate matters, guiding clients through sensitive issues with patience and professionalism.
Mr Tan Chee Yuen, our counsel, leads the firm’s corporate practice. He has extensive experience in corporate structuring, commercial contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and regulatory compliance.
Ms Fauziah Said, our General Manager/Senior Paralegal is the backbone of our operations, assisting from the general operations of the Firm from recruitment, policies, Corematter Legal Software accounting records and billings, Software Licences with Microsoft 365 for Business, assisting the Director with Probate applications, CPF/Public Trustees Beneficiaries Claims, Last Wills & Testaments, LPA and Deed Poll.
