- Was seconded to SIA Engineering Company Limited (“SIAEC”)from January to June 2007. Work carried out at SIAEC, included, the following:
- Conducted legal due diligence for SIAEC’s strategic acquisition of Aircraft Maintenance Service Australia Pty Ltd, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
- Negotiated and drafted Power by the Hour contracts between SIAEC and Rolls-Royce plc for aircraft engines.
- Negotiated and drafted aircraft maintenance contracts with various airlines.
- Drafted the corporate governance section of SIAEC’s annual report.
