My client was a Chinese national who was charged for overstaying in Singapore. She pleaded guilty. I acted for her for mitigation and sentencing.

8. Astrazeneca AB v. Ranbaxy (Malaysia) SdnBhd
This was a patent infringement case filed in High Court. I successfully acted for the Plaintiff Astrazeneca AB of Sweden.

9. Krishna Kumaran s/o K Ramakrishnan v Kuppusamy s/o Ramakrishnan
This was a land mark judgment in which the High Court ruled on the waiver of the without prejudice privilege. I acted for the Plaintiff and succeeded in persuading the Court to strike out a part of the defence.

10. Pyrolink Pte Ltd v Tang Hong Seng
My client was sued for breaches of his contract of employment with the Plaintiff company. He was found liable and ordered to pay damages.

11. TFH v TFI
I acted for the Plaintiff wife. The ancillary matters were contested.

12. TDK v TDL
I acted for the Defendant husband. The Plaintiff wife filed for divorce. While the divorce proceedings were in progress the husband sought to withdraw the money from his Central Provident Fund account. The wife objected. The Court granted an interim order restraining the husband from withdrawing his CPF monies.

This was an application for a writ of mandamus to recover cost of living allowances. I acted for the 2″d Respondent Commissioner of Labour.

This was an application for a writ of certiorari filed by Neste to quash the decision of the Consumer Affairs Authority to increase the retail price of milk powder. I acted for the Consumer Affairs Authority.
