With many extensive years of experience in the legal industry, FAUZIAH is the General Manager and Senior Paralegal at Niroze Idroos LLC — a boutique law firm she established in 2019. As the operational backbone of the firm, she plays a vital role in both strategic management and hands-on execution of day-to-day operations.
FAUZIAH oversees the firm’s full administrative and support infrastructure. Her responsibilities span across recruitment (Careers and Training), HR management, Accounting, Billing to Clients, Liaison person for Bookkeeping (Law Society Appointed Bookkeepers), Liaison person for Auditing of Clients’ Account, IT systems (including Windows 365 licences for Business, McAfee Licences), Vendors coordination (supplies and purchasings), and the drafting and implementation of the Firm’s policies. Her leadership ensures that all internal processes run with efficiency, precision, and professionalism.
FAUZIAH brings a wealth of administrative experience acquired from her various roles in leading top-notch Singapore law firms (Harry Elias & Partners, Allen & Gledhill, Sinclair Roche & Temperley and Drew & Napier) and Offshore law firms. She also leverages on the technological experience acquired as the founder of a company specialising in the development of mobile apps from 2014 to 2017, AppsInTrend Pte. Ltd.
In addition to her operational expertise, FAUZIAH has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s legal practice — particularly in the area of Probate and Estate Administration. She has played a key role in assisting countless clients in navigating the complexities of obtaining Grants of Probate, Reseal of Probate and Letters of Administration, offering them both legal guidance and compassionate support during sensitive times.
She also serves as the firm’s main liaison with a broad range of institutions and regulatory authorities, including the Law Society of Singapore, Family Justice Courts, State Courts, Syariah Court, E-Litigation, ICMS, Ministry of Law, Ministry of Manpower, ACRA, ICA, and CPF Board. Her extensive experience and trusted relationships with these bodies ensure smooth compliance and communications on behalf of the firm and its clients.
